We have an exciting ride planned for May 31st, to be led by Shannon Belanger from the Bike Action team, and her partner Chris.

Description:
Ferris Provincial Park back trails mountain bike single track group ride with lovely views of the Campbellford area. Most of the trails we will be on are not listed on trail forks.

A well-tuned mountain bike with good knobby tires is recommended.

Advanced beginners are welcome if looking for a challenge. There will be opportunities to drop out of the ride as we will be doing loops though the park.

Expect stumps, roots, rocks, uphill, downhill, mud, narrow sections, ruts, and lots of bumps.

The group leader knows the trails very well and will wait at several points for any riders who need to catch up. Long sleeves, pants, with socks recommended to protect from mosquitoes and ticks

Notes:
Ride single file on roads when there is traffic.
Do not pass other cyclists on the right. Shoulder check when passing; be sure to give warning (bell or voice) when passing.
Be kind and courteous.
